Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: May 15, 2025
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Hannah Gresham Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a session, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to the following terms:
1. BOOKING & PAYMENT
A non-refundable session fee is required to reserve your date and time.
Your session fee does not include digital files or printed products unless otherwise stated.
Full payment for any prints, products, or upgrades is due at your ordering appointment or time of purchase.
2. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Please notify us at least 14 days in advance if you need to reschedule.
Cancellations result in forfeiture of your session fee.
Rescheduled sessions must take place within 6 months of the original session date.
3. SESSION EXPECTATIONS
Please arrive on time and prepared. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
We are not responsible for uncooperative subjects or missed expressions.
Parents or guardians are encouraged to assist with young children but should avoid excessive prompting during the session.
4. Image Delivery & Ordering
Digital files and products will only be provided once payment is received in full.
We retain the right to select the best images for presentation and final editing. Raw/unedited files are not provided.
5. Artistic Rights
We retain full creative control over styling, lighting, editing, and final image selection.
Minor retouching is included. Additional editing requests may incur a fee.
Final images reflect our signature editing style. Please view our portfolio before booking.
6. Copyright & Usage
All images are the property of Hannah Gresham Studio and are protected under U.S. copyright law.
Clients receive a limited-use license for personal use only (printing, posting with credit, etc.).
Images may not be altered, sold, or submitted to contests or publications without written permission.
7. Model Release
Unless otherwise requested in writing:
You grant Hannah Gresham Studio permission to use images from your session for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes—including use on our website, social media, printed materials, and educational platforms.
We respect your privacy. If you prefer that your images not be shared publicly, please notify us in writing prior to your session and we will absolutely honor your request.
8. LIABILITY
While all care is taken during your session and in the handling of files, Hannah Gresham Studio cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or failure of equipment that results in lost images.
In the rare event of photographer illness or emergency, we will reschedule your session at no additional charge or offer a full refund of your session fee.
By participating in a session, you agree to release and hold harmless Hannah Gresham Studio, its owners, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from the session.
9. AGREEMENT
By booking a session or purchasing services from Hannah Gresham Studio, you agree to the Terms & Conditions listed above. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms prior to your session. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out before booking.
